RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, without providing a reason.

Only the costs for returning the item from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel. For exact rates, please consult the website of your chosen carrier.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the retailer with all supplied accessories and—where reasonably possible—in its original condition and original packaging.

Sale items cannot be returned for a refund. These items may be exchanged for another product from the collection or converted into a gift card.

For 1+1 promotions, both items must be returned together. No refund or gift card will be issued if only one item is returned. However, it is possible to exchange one of the two items for a different size or color of the same product. If you wish to exchange only one item
